South Jersey Federal Credit Union Makes
Deptford, NJ – (January 15, 2009) – Area youngsters and their families will enjoy an entire five days of free multi-themed entertainment and fun at the first-ever “Spring Fun Fest,” thanks to the generous sponsorship of South Jersey Federal Credit Union (SJFCU). SJFCU is partnering with the Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders to present the events. SJFCU donated $5,000 to the Gloucester County Department of Parks and Recreation to support this five-day series of performances. Pictured at the check presentation ceremony are, from left, John J. Vinci Sr., director of the Gloucester County Department of Parks and Recreation; Benjamin T. Griffith, SJFCU president/CEO; Frank J. DiMarco, Gloucester County Board of Chosen Freeholders; and Kenneth Barnshaw, SFJCU Assistant Vice President. The new spring series of shows is an addition to the free or low-cost programs for county residents presented by the Department, under the auspices of the Board of Chosen Freeholders, for more than 30 years. The five-day series of shows is scheduled during “spring break” week for most Gloucester County schools, offering educational entertainment during a time when parents search for cost-effective quality experiences with their children. All five of the events will be held indoors at the Gloucester County Office of Government Services auditorium, 1220 North Delsea Drive in Clayton. All shows begin at 10:30 a.m. The schedule is as follows:
