Winter & Spring Reverse Mortgage Seminars

Deptford, NJ – (January 3, 2012) -- South Jersey Federal Credit Union presents a new series of free Reverse Mortgage Seminars in the coming months. Attendees do not need to be members of SJFCU to attend, and family members are welcome. Pre-registration is required, by calling 800-582-7640.

To accommodate as many interested attendees as possible, seminars are scheduled throughout SJFCU’s southern New Jersey locations. Each seminar begins at 9 a.m. and runs until approximately 10:30 a.m. Ample time is provided for questions and answers from the attendees. Light refreshments will be served.

For homeowners 62 years of age and older, a reverse mortgage allows an individual or couple to turn the equity of their home into cash. A reverse mortgage is a loan, or lien, against the home that an owner does not have to pay back for as long as he or she – and spouse, if applicable - lives there.
