Where appropriate, branches will conduct teller transactions through the drive-thru lanes only. All other transactions will be by appointment only.

We are encouraging our members to conduct their transactions utilizing Online Banking, our Automated Telephone Banking Operator, AVA, or our Contact Center.

Economic Stimulus Deposits

To check the status of your payment, please visit the IRS site "Get My Payment". South Jersey Federal Credit Union is unable to verify the status of payments, the amounts, or the date of delivery. We understand the situation our members are facing and are working around the clock to find solutions to fit their needs. Applying for Loans

Members are encouraged to apply online or by phone by calling our Contact Center 800-582-7640. We are encouraging our members to sign for their loans by electronic signature.

 

Loan Payments

Members who are having trouble making their regularly scheduled payments are able to apply for Skip-A-Pay or Mortgage Hardship Request. Please visit either page for details on qualifying for one of the programs. We understand the situation many of our members are facing and we continue to research ways we can help our members in need.

 

Crisis Relief

If you are experiencing a reduction or loss of income due to COVID-19, you may qualify for a Crisis Relief loan up to $5,000. Apply online or contact us at 800-582-7640 for details.
