We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes in response to the United States Treasury stimulus payments. We are working quickly to address member concerns and inquires related to payments posted to their accounts. The easiest way to check the status of your account is through our online or mobile banking. If you do not see a payment posted to your account and you are eligible, we cannot provide any status information or guidance.
